These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Brindle Web Studio website at brindlewebstudio.com (the "Site"), operated by Brindle Web Studio ("Brindle," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Intellectual property created for paying clients is governed separately by the applicable client services agreement, not by these Terms.

Information on the Site, including service descriptions, packages, and prices, is provided for general information only, may change at any time without notice, and does not constitute a binding offer. A binding agreement is formed only through a separate, signed services agreement. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not warrant that it is complete, current, or error-free.

4Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services and websites (for example, scheduling via Calendly or form handling via Formspree). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

5Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any information on it is accurate or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brindle Web Studio and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
